These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Get Bananas ("the App"), developed by 941 Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Get Bananas is a personal shopping list application. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (such as shopping list items). Your content is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or store your content on our servers.

iCloud Services

The App uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your data across devices. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from iCloud service availability or data sync.

Third-Party Integrations

The macOS version of the App offers optional integration with Claude Desktop via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). If you choose to use this integration:

  • Your shopping list data may be shared with Anthropic's services
  • Anthropic's terms of service and privacy policy apply to that interaction
  • This integration is entirely optional and user-initiated

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 941 Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
